Current version does not allow changes to bank information. I need to be able to switch between checking and savings but the app just locked up. I even tried deleting the old account and adding a new one, and this didnt work either. Bottom line, the app is worthless from this perspective. Fix it!

Setup was smooth and payment was easy! No problems to report!

Whenever I try to log in from the app I get an error message, I can log in from the website so its not a password issue Toyota could make a Better app

Every month I have problems logging in. Frustrating! I carry my acct info with me since I have to change my password every time I go to log in. Ill use my bank to set up autopay from now on. This is ridiculous.

Hello, I rarely give out 1 stars... This app doesnt allow you to log in. It worked previously, but now it doesnt at all. Please fix this! Thank you.

One of the slowest and most contrived apps Ive ever used, but its a must have as I just leased a new car. Does not save user login info and makes you type in last three of social to submit payments. This is a huge PITA. I dont have time for that shiz. Whats gona happen? Someones going to log in to my account and pay off my lease for me? Over secure. Slow app. Too many useless features inside app. Pays bill. Trim down the excess junk in app, speed it up and add some convenience features.

This is the most frustrating app. Dont waste your time.

Every time I try and make a payment its a hassle I always have to reset my password and then on the reset password page it doesnt go through.

I read the reviews of the app, as I do with every app before downloading, and was unsure. After some exploring, I made my first payment and my experience far exceeded my expectations. It was simple, link my checking account, schedule payment, and all is well. My overall rating: 9.5/10. That half point is for not adding a "remember me" option during the login process. Touch ID or just remembering username would be fantastic. Other than that, I recommend it to anyone who wants a quick and easy way to pay their car note.

Couldnt register, hard to use. Would my take my password. I wish I could give no stars.

When creating a new account, the requirements include a symbol. Then once you enter a symbol into the password area, you cant proceed because the system then asks you Not to include symbols! Please fix this. I need to pay my bill.

Im having a problem after the update on 9-11-16 the app keeps prompting that I need Internet connection which I do already have!! Please hurry and fix this!!!!

My very first review for all app. This app asks me to type in my ID and password every single time. Can they just update this apps so I can have the option to save my password n ID

This app makes my head hurt. Cant log in. It locked me out of my own account. I change me password and it still locked me out. You can make your payments so much easier over the phone. Just delete this app and save yourself.

The app works fine, Ive never had a problem making my monthly payment. But for the last several months, I have been very frustrated because every time I have tried to make a payment, the app FORCES me to update before I can make the payment! I HATE updating apps, and it is aggravating when you are just trying to pay a bill but have to wait for the app to update first EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! please when you update it again, change it to where the user isnt made to update!!! Thanks!!

The last 4 months I logged on to pay my bill I be had to update this app. To make things worse, you HAVE to use the new app or else. There is no reason for them to be changing the app so frequently. Heck even updating the app 4 times a year would be reasonable. The whole point of smart phones and the apps they have is to make our lives easier, and allow us to do things like pay bills on the go. Instead I need to worry about storage space, WiFi connection, and downloading a new app every month in order to pay a bill. Absolutely terrible, and if this is what is to be expected, I will not be financing through Toyota ever again.

Dont even bother with this. Go online or call customer service. Waste of time/space/effort to try and set anything from this foolish app

Horrible app, was working fine when I first made the first 2 payments then kept telling me it couldnt detect my information when I put in all of the correct passwords and such. Terrible pay over the phone or online.
