This app will not let me login on. I cant make my payments without getting on. Has not worked the past ~15 attempts in the last week and a half. Absolutely terrible.

User interface needs some work. It looks and feels outdated...overall does what it needs to do.

I was a little skeptical about getting this after reading other peoples reviews, but I absolutely love it. So easy and convenient.

Please wait… and wait, and wait…. I never could log on. Please create a usable app.

Terrible interface and long forms to fill

What heck happened to this app???? No no no! Where did the pay off info go???? That should be there! How about Touch ID? That would make this app a lot more easier to use. Toyota finance app isnt good anymore. It neeeeeds lots of improvements and perhaps add TOUCH ID! Hellllloooo 21st century.

This app does what it is supposed to do but its obviously VERY outdated. It would be great to have a better and more user-friendly interface. Also, add fingerprint reading to log in if possible. I will still be using it, I just wish it looked better. Maybe I need to stop complaining. It could be worse. There are kids starving in Africa.

Using the browser version was better. This app didnt have any of my bank info saved.

I have tried to use this app to make my monthly payments for the past year and I have successfully logged in without problem only TWICE. Ridiculous. Always says I have incorrect password or username. To avoid licking my account, I change my password every single time. All I want to do is make my monthly payment on time can we make some real changes to this?! Interface needs to be changed and updated. Possibly adding finger print to avoid all this password nonsense. Major changes are needed. Please fix. I will delete the app for now and pay through the web.

I have given up on this , it has been clunky, time consuming, and has yet to successfully submit a payment for me after several different attempts.

This app is functional. It technically works but is just dated. It very badly needs TouchID and the ability to save my username.

Seriously, this is the app representing your company? This is ridiculous.

Its not great, but it doesnt need to be all flashy. I dont really care. It does what I need it to do. I can view every feature no problem. Touch ID would be nice though but like u said, it does the trick.

I have an iphone 6s and it does not work, i write my username and password and does not let me in, when i write forgot password and write the answers to the questions it says is invalid when i know the answers are 100 percent correct. Shame
