Avoid this app

This is by far the worst app ever made for managing or making payments. I have been charged for two consecutive payments for my car because of this app with only one conformation number. They are really fast at taking your money but to refund it is the biggest tackle of all for some reason. Save some stress and money, avoid this app. Avoid Toyota.

Keep getting locked out

Although I like the idea of paying my car payments via an app on my phone, which has been quite convenient, there have been multiple times (about 95% of the time) where I cant log in because I forgot which username and/or password I had used. Its a real hassle to have to log in each time, and most of the time I get locked out! Would be much better and less frustrating with Touch ID and/or that I dont have to log in each time. And even if its less secure, what are they gonna do? Pay my payment for me? Lol go ahead and let them! Anyway thats all.

Needs an update

Not bad, but you should consider Touch ID integration for account logins. Most apps now utilize it to make account access faster and safer.

App not working

Even tho that the app is so slow now is not opening at all all I get is a white screen and like the other people it should be updated with Touch ID

Now I remember why I deleted the app. I could never log in because the stupid app is always experiencing difficulties.

Every single month I have to download a new upgrade to pay my bill. Its ridiculous

Needs Touch ID!

This app is very impractical not having Touch ID or automatic login. Why when a payment is scheduled on the app does it not show up on the web? Why can recurring payments not be scheduled on the app? Poor execution.

Fix the app :(

Toyota, Please fix this app. Ive been using it for the last 2-3 years to make my payments on time, and now it doesnt work. When I go to type in my payment amount, every button I press makes 3 instead of 1. For example when I press 2, it enters 222. So I cant make my $242 payment, it enters as 2,224.44.... please fix this. I will be using the web app in the meantime. This app used to work really great. Super easy, now its messed up. :|

Dont know why its rated so low, the app has always worked for me and Ive been paying my payment on it for at least 6 months. I think its great.

Good brand, poor app!

I was waiting for something better, but I had no chance to try, its crashes every time. I didnt use once!

Lacks Touch ID Login Option

Needs login option with Touch ID. All of my banking & financial apps already have this option. Why dont you? This app doesnt even allow username to be remembered. Its inconvenient to have to enter my username and my very long password every time I open the app.

Downloaded the app but it wont open - it just sends me back to the download page. Does nothing!

Wow Toyota get your act together

Why publish an app when it tells you to upgrade and its the latest version. Basically useless cant even log in now.

Wheres the TouchID to Login?

Entering username and password is so 2014. Why is there no TouchID option to login to this app? Get with it Toyota!

Functional but needs work.

The app works but it is very clunky. Touch ID would definitely help especially for users that use complex and random passwords for financials. The app feels like it is just a container for their webpage and everything is loaded slowly with no static resources.

Couldnt use the app

I was unable to login even though I used the same password and user ID that I sign in with on my computer.

Dont keep telling me to upgrade

To the engineers working on this app: Figure out how to make the product backward compatible instead of annoying users by asking them to upgrade each time.
