Annoying
The last 4 months I logged on to pay my bill I be had to update this app. To make things worse, you HAVE to use the new app or else. There is no reason for them to be changing the app so frequently. Heck even updating the app 4 times a year would be reasonable. The whole point of smart phones and the apps they have is to make our lives easier, and allow us to do things like pay bills on the go. Instead I need to worry about storage space, WiFi connection, and downloading a new app every month in order to pay a bill. Absolutely terrible, and if this is what is to be expected, I will not be financing through Toyota ever again.
