Toyota Financial Services App Reviews

This app is a great way to make panicked customers who arent sure if they scheduled a payment or not schedule an extra payment. It does not show anything that was set up on a desktop computer. It said no payment scheduled, so I scheduled one and magically two came out because I had set one up for this month on the computer! FIX THIS TOYOTA!

It used to work fine for making car payments. Now it says "wireless network unavailable" every time when trying to sign in. Which is obviously not the case because everything else works. It is also outdated and buggy and needs an overhaul.

If I worked for Toyota, I wouldnt admit to having this app. Go to the website.

Toyota please update the app, although your app has been great for me. I have noticed that updates are needed throughout. Most importantly of which for me is the overall appearance. Again, Im very pleased with your app. BUT PLEASE UPDATE OVERALL USER INTERFACE & APPEARANCE!!!!!

The worst app ever!!!! ALWAYS telling me my password is wrong .. NEVER lets me log in... I have to change my password every single time I want to log in... So annoying... This better get fixed... I make payment mainly from my phone I need this app to work normally. I dont have time to get on computer or send out a check.. Common what idiots made this app the way it is...

Even we bad reviews I tried it thinking it may have been updated and no it still doesnt work

This app used to work great. Now, the last few times Ive tried to log in, it says "your request cannot be completed at this time". Like I said, it used to work, now it doesnt. It works only at random times when Im not actually trying to get on to make a payment. Of course it wouldnt be working during the only time that I actually need to use it.

I was able to create my profile but it didnt let me set up my payment. Tried several times, pretty disappointed, hopefully it can get fix soon.

Will this app ever get fixed??? I use to love it. Now it never works.

I have try to make payment on the web through mobile version and this apps. The "Please Wait" message nerve go on. I have perfect connection and everything is working great from other apps. Toyota needs better tech person to develop the app.

Good application. Every thing understanding and easy to use.

Created my account logged in once, never could log back in. I dont know toyota has one of the best cars in the world but cant manage an app??? How come!!! Seriously You can do better Toyota

Really outdated and slow application.

Such an easy app to use and with some great information.

Was working one day and didnt the next day. Keeps saying I have password or user name incorrect as well try to delete and reload it still the same problem.

Like the idea of it but its super outdated, could use a updated sometime soon.

Terrible app, wont let you log in 70% of the time. A 10 year old can write better code than this junk.

it doesnt work 90% of the time! Why isnt there just an automatic payment of some sort? I dont see the point in having to make the payment on this app.
