Does not work on iphone 6s

Poor quality app. No touch ID, keeps asking for social sec number everytime you pay. Difficult to navigate. Toyota should be cutting edge in technology- but this app does not come at par with toyota brand.

I like it but it would be cool if you could set a PIN or use TouchID fingerprint for logging in. I dont like having to type my entire login information every single time. Otherwise pretty good app.

I am a new owner trying the app for the first time and have discovered that it doesnt support Touch ID. Toyota should be ashamed and embarrassed. Its almost 2017! Its been around for over 3 years! They manage to introduce new car models every year, but cant update a customer support app? Lame.

Its nice to see my current balances but the app is extremely limited. No Touch ID authentication, no ability to save your login ID, and bank information setup using their website doesnt show up in the app. Very disappointed at how limited of an app this is for as large of a company Toyota is. My local banks app for my mortgage makes this look like it was cobbled together by a 5th grader.

This App has a issue. When I try to register my account. It asks me to set up the password. One of the passwords requirement is including a special character or symbols, but once I entered then try to process it, there is error show password cant have a symbol. So at the end, I have to go on the website to register my account. I think Toyota is a big company, how can u have a an app with this very simple issue. Its unbelievable! VERY Disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a little outdated but it is still very convenient & reliable .

First time I ever use it..cant even sign up cause the are experiencing technical difficulties..is this a sign of what is to come..is this how u make people late on payments to boost interest rates.

This app outdated and the features are old . It doesnt remember the username and slow. I use my dank app to make payments.

Just installed this app and used it for the first time. Worked flawlessly on my iPhone 6 Plus. 0 issues very happy with this app.....

A billion dollar company cant spend a few extra dollars to make a decent app!! You cheap bast***s! I can get a free app to buy a pizza but cant get a workable app to pay my freakin car payment!

Just signed up. It had me login for the 1st time, and asked for one of my security questions. Wont accept my answer. It dots out what you type, so you cant double check it! How many ways can I type " Its a Wonderful Life"?(my favorite movie, btw). Big waste of time. I will try logging into the website now......should be interesting!

Impossible to log into account with this crappy app. Calling is faster by a long shot

With all the money Toyota makes youd think theyd invest some money into some designers/developers to make a usable app. Thing is so dated and hard to use. The website is better -barely.

This app is from the 90s, so download it to travel back in time and experience a simpler time where names were longer than 3 letters and buttons were large gifs.

I originally wrote a rather glowing review of this APP, but have since encountered issues and am recanting every positive thing I said. I set up the payment in the APP, and a few days later double checked it online and none of the information was there; nothing. No bank info, no recurring payment, no scheduled payment. After going through the whole process again online, I eventually had three payments withdrawn simultaneously from my account. Not good. Im trying to get TFS to refund two of those payments. At least it only took less than two hours over the course of two days, on the phone to straighten it out. Word of advice for TFS customers: dont download the APP. If you did, delete it! Save yourself the inconvenience. Set up the payments through your bank.

My means of paying my car note has been and still is this app. Here lately it has been unbelievable slow, or not working at all stating the network was unavailable. I have really great wifi, and the strongest 4G signal Ive ever see. Thats impossible. If my payments late, you can charge the late payment to the app. Thank you.

This apps works great for me. No issues. Easy to use and make a payment if needed. 100% truly exceptional :)

The QR reader doesnt even work. Pointless to have.

This app has always worked seamlessly. It wasnt til just recently that it simply doesnt work. I hope it gets fixed soon because its irritating and inconvenient to call each time I need to make a payment.
